Focus Into Yourself Ritual

You Will Need:
A prepared cup of Ritual Cacao
A cleansing tool (like sage, palo santo, or simply your breath and intention)
A room spray or essential oil with a familiar, comforting scent
A weighted eye mask, scarf, or any soft cloth to cover your eyes
The Ritual Steps:
Prepare Your Cacao: Begin by cooking up your Ritual Cacao. As you cook it, set an intention for this ritual, such as; to find clarity, calm, and focus within yourself. Hold your cacao cup, feeling its warmth, and take a deep inhale, inviting the scent of the cacao to bring you into the present moment.

Visualise the space around you becoming peaceful and inviting, a sanctuary for focus and introspection.
Create a Familiar Atmosphere: Spray your chosen scent or natural room spray into the air. Allow the comforting aroma to envelop you, grounding you in the familiarity and warmth of a beloved fragrance. Imagine this scent as a bridge between the present and your inner world.
Sip Your Cacao Mindfully: Sit down with your Ritual Cacao, close your eyes, and take your first sip slowly, savouring the taste.
