Vision Your Intentions for 2021

Sometimes you may find these questions arise. They are often bubbling in the subconscious:
Who am I?
Why am I here?
What's it all for?
What's my purpose?
What's the point?

This Cacao ritual is to help you vision your intentions for 2021 and see where you imaginations and dreams will take you.


Be patient and wait until you have completed all your tasks for the day and you are ready to give some time to yourself.

Once you’ve cooked your Cacao, create a sacred space for the ritual.

Find a quiet, peaceful space where you will be uninterrupted. Light some candles and burn incense to create an ambient space. Find a comfortable position, preferably with your spine straight, or lying down.

Close your eyes and become aware of your body. Connect deeply and slowly with your toes, legs, thighs, torso, arms, neck, face and then crown. Inhale calm, relaxing golden light into each area. As you exhale, release any stress, tension and frustration, just breathe them right out of your body. Repeat this process until you feel relaxed and stress free.

Imagine a light shining within your solar plexus. Let this energizing light flow around your body. If you come across any blockages or grey areas, slowly allow the light to infiltrate these areas until you feel your whole body glowing from within.

Go deep and allow your deepest thoughts to come up. Allow yourself to face what you most fear and you most desire. Be honest about it.

Now, with the help of Cacao, ask yourself:
What actions can I take towards helping myself become more empowered?


Vision yourself breaking through any old patterns or limitations that have been holding you back and striding forward, manifesting your dreams.

Allow the sensation of your dream becoming reality to really filter into all cells of your body. Once you have fully connected and become the vision, come back to the room and open your eyes.

Now take you journal and do some free flow writing to see what messages your subconscious has for you. You may be surprised at what guidance and inner wisdom comes flowing out.

Listen to your intuition in the following weeks and be sure to follow it, however irrational it may seem. The more you follow and action your intuition, the stronger it gets.

Spend five minutes every morning when you wake up feeling grateful for everything that will happen that day and then everything that did happen in the evening when you go to bed. This sets the intention for the day and helps to let go each night so the new day is free from the clutter of yesterday.
