RECIPE: Vegan & Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 100g Ritual Cacao

  • 8 Dates (approx)

  • Nut Butter (almond, cashew, peanut)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Cacao: Place the cacao in a glass bowl and set it over a saucepan with lightly boiling water. Stir occasionally until the cacao is fully melted.

  2. Prepare the Dates: While the cacao is melting, slice each date along one side and remove the stone.

  3. Fill the Dates: Fill the dates with your favorite nut butter, such as peanut, almond, or cashew butter. Avoid using runny nut butters for the best results.

  4. Prep the Tray: Line a plate or tray with grease-proof paper.

  5. Dip the Dates: Once the dates are filled and the cacao is melted, dip each date into the cacao, ensuring they are completely covered.

  6. Chill: Place the cacao-coated dates on the grease-proof paper and refrigerate for at least ten minutes.
