ASHANINKA vs TSATSAYAKU

Asháninka

  • Country of origin: Peru

  • Cacao bean: Criollo

  • Flavour notes: Asháninka cacao is rich, deep and indulgent. We find it slightly heavier and more bitter than Tsatsayaku cacao.

Tsatsayaku

  • Country of origin: Ecuador

  • Cacao bean: Arriba Nacional / Fino de Aroma

  • Flavour notes: Tsatsayaku cacao is light, smooth and silky. We find it slightly sweeter than Asháninka cacao.

Our packaging is:

  • Fully compostable (including ziplock)

  • 100% biodegradable

  • Made from renewable materials
