Step 1: Prepare Your Space (1 Minute)

  • Find some time in your day where you won’t be disturbed for a few moments, and find a peaceful place to sit. This could be your favourite chair, a cosy corner, or the best is outdoors in the sun.

  • Create an ambient space, which could include lighting incense or a candle.

Step 2: Create Your Cacao Brew (3 Minutes)

  • Pop your kettle on and boil some water.

  • Scoop 2-3 tablespoons of our Ritual Cacao Crumbles into your favourite ritual mug.

  • Add hot water (or warm milk of your choice), stirring slowly as the crumbles dissolve.
